Welcome to Duck Creek Kennels!
We are a family kennel located in Plymouth, North Carolina offering AKC and UKC Black , Chocolate, & Yellow (Fox Red) Labrador Retriever Puppies. Our Labs have outstanding health and some of the best pedigrees. Our beautiful American Lab puppies are easy to train, have great temperaments, are well socialized, make great family pets or hunting companions!

This badge distinguishes breeders who demonstrate an exceptionally high commitment to prioritizing the health of their dogs by extensively health testing our dogs to the highest level. Genetic Testing
Duck Creek Kennels is proud to say we are one of the few kennels in the country to test more than what is recommended in testing the health of our labs. Current recommendations from the Labrador Retriever Club are OFA hip, OFA elbow, OFA eye exams, EIC testing (exercise induced collapse), testing for the dilute gene (D Locus DNA test). Duck Creek Kennels goes above and beyond these recommendations by completing a FULL genetic panel (26 separate tests) for genetic diseases. Color Coat genetic testing, genetic testing for dilute gene, OFA hip, OFA elbows, OFA eye exams, and OFA cardiac exams on every lab that Duck Creek Kennels owns. HEALTH
DCK certifies that our breeding stock is health tested in accordance with the recommendations of the breed’s National Breed Club.
EDUCATION
DCK promises that we will pursue AKC provided or AKC approved continuing breeder education so that we stay educated on the best breeding practices, including advances in canine health.
ACCOUNTABILITY
DCK agrees to comply with the AKC Care and Conditions Policy, including inspections by the AKC, and we promis to share with AKC health testing and continuing education documentation.
RESPONSIBILITY
DCK accepts responsibility for the health and well-being of our puppies we produce and for complying with all laws regarding the ownership and maintenance of dogs.
